Buyer/Consumer: The person who enters their name, contact and delivery details when ordering. Order-specific party, product, price, delivery and payment information shown in the order summary forms an integral part of this agreement.
2. Subject and formation
This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically from the site and the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation.
Before confirming an order, the buyer reviews and electronically accepts the products' main characteristics, total price including taxes, delivery charges, payment method and pre-contract information. The agreement is formed when an order that creates a payment obligation is confirmed.
3. Products, price and payment
The order covers the products, quantities, unit prices, taxes, shipping and grand total shown in the cart and at checkout. In the event of obvious pricing errors caused by system or typographical mistakes, the buyer is informed and the parties' statutory rights remain unaffected.
Payment is made using a method offered during ordering. Additional security and authorization rules imposed by the bank may apply to card payments.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer under the conditions shown during ordering. The seller is responsible under applicable law for loss or damage until delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
If performance becomes impossible, the buyer is notified through a durable medium and collected payments are refunded within the statutory period. Lack of stock alone does not constitute impossibility of performance.
5. Right of withdrawal
For eligible distance contracts covering goods, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty. A clear withdrawal notice may be sent before the deadline to info@profesyonelmarket.com.
The consumer returns the product within 14 days after giving notice. When using the seller's contracted carrier and free return-shipping code, the consumer is not charged return shipping, restocking or processing fees. Subject to statutory set-off and withholding rights, the seller refunds eligible payments to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Exceptions to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications, rapidly perishable goods, hygiene-related goods whose protective seal was opened, and other exceptions specified by law.
6. Defective goods and warranties
The buyer's statutory remedies for defective goods and rights under manufacturer or importer warranties remain unaffected. Faults caused by use contrary to the instructions or unauthorized intervention are assessed separately.
7. Applications and disputes
The buyer may first contact the seller at info@profesyonelmarket.com. For consumer disputes, rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, subject to current monetary thresholds, remain unaffected.
By confirming an order that creates a payment obligation, the buyer acknowledges having read the pre-contract information and this agreement and checked the accuracy of order-specific details.
