Delivery, withdrawal and returns.

Here are the key steps from order preparation through a possible return.

Delivery process

  1. Your order is prepared after payment and stock checks.
  2. We notify you through available contact channels when it is handed to the carrier.
  3. Delivery time may vary by product, address and carrier capacity.
  4. Legal maximum delivery periods still apply; a separately notified period applies to custom-made or made-to-order products.

If the parcel appears damaged, ask the carrier to prepare a damage report before accepting delivery and contact us.

Withdrawal and returns

For eligible distance sales to consumers, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send a clear withdrawal notice through a durable medium such as email before this period ends.

Return the product with its invoice, accessories, packaging and any promotional items. It should not have been used beyond what is necessary for ordinary inspection and should be suitable for resale. Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@profesyonelmarket.com with your order number, product and return request.
  2. We provide a free return-shipping code, the contracted carrier and the return address.
  3. Hand the product to the carrier using that code within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
  4. Keep the shipping receipt until the return is completed.

Return costs and refund

  • Return shipping is free when you use the carrier and code we provide.
  • We do not charge restocking or processing fees.
  • We refund eligible payments to the original payment method within the statutory 14-day period after receiving your withdrawal notice. Where permitted by law, we may wait until the product or proof of shipment reaches us.
  • Your bank may take a few additional business days to show the refund on your card or account.

This policy applies to deliveries within Türkiye. Contact us before shipping a return to obtain the correct shipping code.

When withdrawal may not apply

Statutory exceptions apply, including certain personalized products, rapidly perishable goods, and hygiene-related products whose protective seal has been opened after delivery.

Loss of value due to misuse, incorrect installation or use beyond ordinary inspection is assessed separately. Your statutory rights for defective goods are unaffected.
