Payment and delivery

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer through a carrier suitable for the order.
• Normal preparation and estimated delivery information is shown during ordering; statutory maximum periods remain applicable.
• If visible damage is present at delivery, we recommend requesting a damage report from the carrier.

Withdrawal and returns

For eligible distance sales of goods, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Send a written notice within that period to info@profesyonelmarket.com.
